I will never vote for Barrack Obama. This decision has nothing to do with preachers, flagpins, weak associations and ties to "terrorists"," or any of the usual Fox News Propaganda. No I will never vote for Barrack Obama for one reason for one simple reason: I value individual freedom.
Call me old fasioned, but I take Thomas Jefferson's declaration that man has the right to life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness (namely the right to keep and attain property) very seriously. Anyone, be they politician or proletarian, rich or poor, Republican or Democrat, Black or White, anyone who tells me that I must surrender my inalianable rights for the "collective good" is naturally someone who I view with suspicion. In the interest of full disclosure it is for this very reason that I will never pull the lever for John McCain (or indeed most any modern politicain.)
I am curious if there is anyone else out there who feels the way I do. I wonder how many of my fellow Americans feel disatisfied with the current crop of egalitarian social engineers running for office? Feedback would be greatly appreciated.
