Please excuse my language, but, I hate those fn' CoTs. They're ugly and look out of proportion. They might be OK for the short tracks, but, not for the super-speedways. I can't imagine what NASCAR was thinking when they designed these monstrosities. Rolling Eyes

I agree, although my favorite driver seemed to do good in it.

What do you think of the "Buschwackers"?

========

I think the Cup drivers should concentrate on running for the Cup, let the Busch drivers compete against other Busch drivers. Wink

Yea, I agree. I liked watching the Busch drivers but the Cup drivers sort of spoil it. IMO.
Especially when a Cup driver wins the champioship. Rolling Eyes I think they would get to see more feash talent if the cup drivers weren't taking up slots meant for Busch drivers.

I'd like to see a rule change myself to keep the 2 series seperate.

A lot of Cup teams use the Busch series as a testing session, even though the wheelbase on the Cup cars is/was longer than the Busch cars. Smile

Well, this testing gives a few select teams an advantage over the single car teams that can't afford to run both series. All the more reason to send them back to Cup racing where they belong. Laughing

I think that was the reasoning behind the Busch Series. Smile

For whatever reason, I think it has ruined the Busch series, at least from my perspective. I seldom watch any of the races anymore anyway. It's too predictable on who will finish in the top 10, and in some cases even who will win. It's popularity isn't quite what it used to be because the multi car teams are sucking the life out of the sport.

How many single car teams won last year? Laughing The highest point total of any single car team was 28th .

Folks like to cheer for the underdog, but it's nice to see them win once in a while.
