A poll on Bush impeachment.

Postby Tumbleweed on Fri Jul 06, 2007 8:53 pm

Just when I though things couldn't get much worse for Bush and Cheney I found this poll. I doubt it will happen but this shows just how far they have fallen from grace.

Nearly half of the US public wants President George W. Bush to face impeachment, and even more favor that fate for Vice President Dick Cheney, according to a poll out Friday.
The survey by the American Research Group found that 45 percent support the US House of Representatives beginning impeachment proceedings against Bush, with 46 percent opposed, and a 54-40 split in favor when it comes to Cheney.

The study by the private New Hampshire-based ARG canvassed 1,100 Americans by telephone July 3-5 and had an error margin of plus or minus three percentage points. The findings are available on ARG's Internet site.

The White House declined to comment on the poll, the latest bad news for a president who has seen his public opinion standings dragged to record lows by the unpopular war in Iraq.

Just the thought that most people would vote to impeach them is hearwarming for me, ha ha... BUT... let's not forget Bill Clinton, because IMO, Bush has done things far more deserving of impeachment than Clinton did, but then again, that is only my opinion!

Well, you have heard me say this before but this is my take on comparing Clinton to Bush.

Clinton screwed one person, Bush screwed the whole country.

Yes, kind of like the avatars I saw the other day...

One said... Which is worse? Screwing an intern or screwing the country?(insert pictures of Clinton and Bush next to these, ha ha)

Second one... Clinton ruined a dress, Bush ruined a nation.

Impeached? President Bush can not be impeached for as long as the godfather Cheney lives. People don't understand, what we have at white house is an organized crime family. For almost 8 years the vice president have not done a single thing for the american people, everything he does is business related that only benefits his organization. the stream of cash in Iraq is nearing its end. Therefore, Cheney started to talk about Iran.

Another problem we face, is the appoinment of the Attorney General by the president.. The constitution should be ammended so that the people could choose who the Attorney General and cia director should be. It is about time for a younger generation to engage politics so that a stop is put in place against a bunch of crooked seniors that besides doing nothing for the american people are way past their prime. They come to power to serve giants soch as farmaceuticals. It is a shame that America being the richest nation can not come together on a single universal health care system.

In my opinion, after S&L, Emrrom, Iraq, Gonzales, NancyPelosi, Scooter L., Dick Cheney, among others, we should start to hold politician we elect to office accountable.

If George W. Bush should be impeached, then Dick Cheney should be hanged.
