I'm getting all sorts of crashes messing with the SEO stuff. Sorry I think I have it stabilized now.

Yeah, I had the 'invalid session' thing a few times today, but it does go through on the second try.

I am, and it only seems to happen when I use the quick reply box. I just have to click the submit button again, and it goes through.

Test......

Nope--quick reply still doesn't work.

And if I try to change the caption under my name and above my picture to "weirdo", it says that what I've changed it to is too long.

Also, the "new posts" and also "today's posts" option isn't working right either.

Last night there were brand new posts that had been posted after midnight--when I used "today's posts", it showed just a few posts from yesterday and none from today--that has changed now that we're almost in the middle of the day, but still.

When I click "new posts (4)", 2 messages come up instead of 4.

Also, is there an option somewhere to see the headers for all the messages posted in the last week instead of just "today's posts"?

The thing with the new posts is kinda weird. Your own posts will show up as new, but won't be in red. Also, sometimes there is more than one new post per thread.

To get the week's posts, click on daily posts and notice the address bar

http://www.americanpoliticsforum.com/ge ... p?hours=24

Replace 24 with 168 and you'll get a whole week's worth of posts.

http://www.americanpoliticsforum.com/ge ... ?hours=168

I used to have a button for it, but nobody really used it. I can bring it back. It's easy enough to do.

Thanks. I have that as a bookmark now, but I think it would be good to bring that button back, especially for new users coming in.

I finally changed my caption--it let me, but I thought "apathetic" was the caption. I was really looking forward to losing that label above my picture.

Well, I'm certainly open to suggestions. :)

I tried to come up with a good theme and this is what I've come up with so far:

Rank #Posts
Apathetic 0
Concerned Citizen 25
Registered Voter 50
Regular Voter 75
Campaign Volunteer 100
City Council Candidate 150
Mayoral Candidate 300
Gubenatorial Candidate 500
House Candidate 750
Senate Candidate 1000
Supreme Court Nominee 2500
Vice Presidential Candidate 5000
Presidential Candidate 10000

Well, I guess I could come up with a rank in between apathetic and concerned citizen. Something that changes at 5 or 10 posts, maybe.

And I'm gonna see what I can do about the quick reply right now.
