This is just wrong! 21,000 non-citizens fight in out wars.


On an August day when some Iraqi’s homemade bomb tore through him, Cpl. Juan Mariel Alcántara became an American. He never got to appreciate the honor.

A little-discussed detail of this war is that some of those fighting in it as soldiers of the United States are not American citizens. Over all, about 21,000 noncitizens are serving in this country’s armed forces, the Defense Department says.

Funny, I was just in a debate with someone who complained about not enough Mexicans speaking English. But I guess it's OK if we're too cowardly to fight our own battles, eh? Send the Mexicans.

Hey good idea. Mexicans know how to fight dirty. One of my freinds is Mexican and if the fight is fair he wants no part of it.

Did you happen to notice that Iraq is now a thing in the past since OJ has landed his ass in hot water....LOL

OK how about this? During Vietnam the US drafted men from Puerto Rico, Guam, etc and they are not even citizens, or it is not an official state.

Just how bad do they want to be American?
