It's interesting the rules as they are set for our military. On one side marines aren't allowed to shoot into a mosque even though someone inside is shooting at them, but here the top brass can set down a policy that allows sexual torture. You know I thought that having civilian leadership over the military leadership was supposed to make things better, not worse.
