Yep! but thsat would eliminbate the need for PACs. Whichh, IMO, would go a long way in returning the govt to the people, where it belongs.

We hear a lot about campaign finance reform until they start running in these elections. :lol:

I haven't heard a lot about this issue from McCain, one of it's biggest proponents.

McCain? Seems the contribotors are listening, he has little to no money. Could that be why he is a proponent?
