The door is always open, but you have to bring the wine.

Sounds yummy Chuq.

With my mother doing better, I've actually got a chance to cook myself. Keeping things simple though, since I'm a bit run down myself now. LOL! We're having:

Beef Stew
Garden Salad w/Raspberry Vinegrette Dressing
Banana Pudding
Home-made Buttermilk Honey Bread w/Home-made Blackberry-Rubarb Preserves
Iced Spiced Apple Tea

Glad to hear that your Mom is doing better. Take care of yourself. And girl, I bet you like raspberries. LOL Stew is always a good choice, I prefer that to cooking too much stuff--one bowl eating is easier for me.

Man y'all are too fancy for me. I'll take some BBQ ribs or even just a hamburger. My wife is a pretty good cook but I'm also easy to please.

Yep, me too...I roll it in the dijon mustard plus honey then coat with a bread crumb/freshly grated parmesan cheese mixture then bake.
